Refunds and Cancellation
Currently we do not offer a refund policy due to the nature of services and products. However we do offer replacement under specific conditions and time frame which can be read below.
Our return policy lasts 5 days post delivery. A product is only eligible for a return when there is a manufacturing defect or is not working as it is expected to. User must notify us of any damages, issues with working of product so we can offer a replacement for the product. If 5 days have gone by since delivery of product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These are:
- Gift Cards
- Digital Services
- Downloadable Software Products
Users can cancel the order before the order gets processed. Once the order is processed from our side, we will be unable to offer cancellation/refund for the product. Before your order is processed, our team will contact you for a heads up and your order is processed only when the confirmation is received from your side.
